New Drama teacher Appointed
Trinna Pye is thrilled to be appointed the new Drama Teacher at Saint Lucie West Centennial High School. She has been teaching English at the school since 2011 and before that was the Drama Teacher at C.A. Moore Elementary. She has been teaching for over seventeen years, and involved in the performing arts for forty years. She graduated FAU, in 1992, with a BFA in Acting & Directing and then co-founded The Interstate Players, in which she toured Florida schools to introduce students to Shakespeare. She has performed & directed at such theaters as Palm Beach Shakespeare Festival, StarStruck, The Barn Theater, Pineapple Playhouse, and more. She is certified to teach Drama 6-12, ESOL, English 6-12, and Elementary K-6. She will strive to make the Drama Department a success and a program that will instill pride, professionalism, and creativity in all Eagles!
